3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Services: Deliver the App's features, including AI-generated prayers and satsang content.
• Process AI Requests: Send your prayer topics and intentions to our AI service to generate personalized content.
• Manage Subscriptions: Process and manage your subscription through RevenueCat.
• Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and user experience.
• Send Notifications: Deliver push notifications you've opted into, such as daily satsang reminders.
• Provide Support: Respond to your inquiries and provide customer service.
• Ensure Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the App:

4.1 Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase for authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and analytics. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage data.

4.2 OpenAI

We use OpenAI's services to generate AI-powered prayers, satsang reflections, and journal responses. Your prayer topics and intentions are sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models.

4.3 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes subscription-related data in accordance with their privacy practices.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App (as listed above).
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Protection of Rights: To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and that of our users or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

• Prayer and Journal Data: Stored in Firebase for the duration of your account.
• Usage Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL

• Firebase Security Rules to control data access
• Regular security assessments
