1. Introduction

Welcome to Faithful ("the App"), a Christian prayer companion application developed and operated by Blue King Code LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

2.1 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any content within it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date.

4. Subscription Terms

The App offers both free and premium subscription options:

4.1 Free Tier

• 3 AI-powered prayer interactions per day
• Daily devotional content
• Basic prayer features
• No access to prayer journal history

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive:

• Unlimited AI-powered prayer interactions
• Full prayer journal with complete history
• Priority access to new features
• Ad-free experience

4.3 Auto-Renewal

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Faithful > Cancel Subscription
• Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Faithful > Cancel

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.

4.5 Billing

All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate prayers, devotionals, and other spiritual content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is intended for spiritual reflection and personal use only
• AI-generated content should not be considered a substitute for professional religious counsel, pastoral care, or professional advice
• We do not guarantee the theological accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk

6. User Content

You may submit content through the App, including prayer requests and journal entries ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the App's services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on any third party's rights
• False or misleading
• Containing viruses or malicious code

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, database, and analytics
• OpenAI: For AI-powered content generation
• RevenueCat: For subscription management

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content (excluding User Content), and underlying technology, is owned by Blue King Code LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The App is designed to support your spiritual journey and should not be considered a substitute for:

• Professional religious or pastoral counsel
• Medical, psychological, or professional advice
• Personal prayer and Bible study
• Community worship and fellowship

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE KING CODE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue King Code LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App will immediately cease
• You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue King Code LLC regarding the App.
